Goal: To lose 15 pounds and become healthier.

Day 1: Fat loading day.

I didn’t document everything I ate, however here are the basics. I tried to eat some higher fat foods. By dinner time, I could already tell that the hcg drops were kicking in and I wasn’t as hungry as I normally would be!

Day 2: Fat loading day.

Eggs and ham

Almond butter on a banana

Leftover pizza

Grilled BBQ chicken, buttered potatoes

Supplement w/fish oil


Day 3: In 2 days of loading, I gained 4 POUNDS!! Yikes. However, I have a feeling that a lot of it is due to retaining water. Now, I’m onto day 3, which is where I’m starting the 500 calorie phase. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel hungry. More then anything, it is getting over the idea that I “want” to eat, vs. “needing” to eat. I am going to try and keep a daily food journal to make sure I’m eating correctly.


8:00 a.m. – 1 scoop of Dynamic Greens mixed w/ice water.

– 1 can of tuna w/mustard and dill

– 1 cup of cucumber

– 1 cup of strawberries

6 p.m

– 100grams of chicken

– 1 cup of cherry tomatoes,

– 2 small Apples

I also drank a quart of iced, unsweetened green tea with sliced lemon–YUM! And, lots and lots of water.

Day 4: – 5lbs! : )

8a.m. : 1 scoop of Dynamic Fruits and Greens and 1 cup of coffee, black.

11a.m.: 5 Melba snacks

1:00 p.m.: 100 grams of baked chicken, 1 cup of cucumber

2:00 p.m.  1 medium sized apple.

5:00 p.m. 5 melba snacks, 1 can of tuna, 1 cup of asparagus.

7:00 p.m. 1 cup of strawberries.

LOTS, and Lots of water! I’ve noticed that drinking water definitely helps me stay focused and keeps me from snacking on other foods.
