Day 21 (Friday) – 1/2lb.

Mid morning:  Black coffee and 5 Melba snacks.

Lunch:  100 grams of grilled shrimp (previously cooked and froze), steamed asparagus. Water, Water, Water.  I like to put some lemon or lime slices into the water for a little change of pace!

Mid Afternoon:  Orange

Dinner:   1 slice tomato, 3 eggs whites scrambled w/a handful of spinach.  On the side were 4 melba rounds. Before bed I ate 1 larger apple.

Day 23 (Sunday) – 1lb.

Coffee in the morning.  Mid morning I had 5 Melba rounds.

Lunch:  I grilled chicken on the grill and seasoned it with some salt free, sugar free, Mrs. Dash.  Also grilled up more asparagus.

Afternoon:  ½ of a large grapefruit.

Dinner:  1 can of tuna fish (packed in water) and mixed with mustard, dried dill, and cucumber.  5 Melba rounds on the side.

Snack:  Apple – sliced and heated in a pan on the stove w/some water and cinnamon–warm apple slices!

Day 25 (Tuesday) -1lb. 

Morning:  Coffee with 10 gluten free pretzels.

Lunch:  1 scoop of Ultimate Protein mixed with 1 scoop of dynamic fruits and greens-blended together with some water and ice.  1 large cucumber, sliced.

Afternoon:  1 large orange

Dinner:  Grilled, extra lean hamburger with onions, tomato and a lettuce leaf for the ‘bun’. 5 Melba rounds.

Snack:  10 strawberries.
