Day 19 (Wednesday) – ½ lb.

 

Mid morning snack:  5 Melba Snacks

 

Lunch:  1 can of tuna fish, mixed with mustard, chopped cucumber, salt/pepper and dried dill.

Mid Afternoon Snack:  Orange

Dinner:  grilled shrimp and asparagus, 4 Melba snacks.

Snack:  2 small apples

 

Day 20 (Thursday) – same weight.

 

Mid morning snack with plain, black coffee:  5 Melba snacks.

Lunch:  ½ cup of 1% cottage cheese, topped with salt and pepper, 1 tomato and 1 large apple.

 

Dinner:  Grilled chicken salad (mixture of spinach/iceberg), topped with ½ cup of sugar free salsa, and Melba snacks.

Snack:  Smoothie (10 strawberries, ½ scoop of Dynamic Fruits & Greens, Stevia, ice and water).
