Day 11 (Tuesday) - 1.5lbs.  Yeah!  So now I am back to where I was on Friday! Yesterday I avoided the Melba snacks and probably didn’t eat quite 500 calories.  Today should be back to normal and am hoping to lose a couple of pounds this week yet.

Day 12 (Wednesday) – ½ lb.  Total:  -9.5lbs.

Mid morning:  5 Melba Snacks; ½ scoop of Dynamic Fruits and Greens mixed with ice water.

Lunch:  grilled chicken and spinach salad with salsa (no sweetener added).

Mid afternoon:  orange

Dinner:  ¾ cup cottage cheese (1% low fat) with 1 cucumber and 5 Melba Snacks.  1 large apple.

TIP:  As you will notice, my eating does become quite patterned, along with the same things over and over.  This works the best for me.  At the beginning, I purchased a large package of boneless, skinless, chicken breast and measured them out to 100gram portions. I also did the same thing with a bag of raw shrimp.  After pan cooking or grilling, I let them cool and then freeze in individual sized Ziploc bags.

Day 13 (Thursday). - ½ lb.  Total 10lbs!!  (PICTURE OF PILLS).

So far, I have been taking 2 AdvaClear and 1 Thyroid support twice a day.  I take the first ones with my mid morning snack, and then the second ones with dinner.  I have noticed that if I don’t take them with food, that I will get an upset stomach. I do feel these add a some support to my success this far.  I have been informed that most women could use some thyroid support, so I’m glad that this supplement is included in the kit!

Day 15 and 16 (Saturday/Sunday).  - 1lb. Total 11.5lbs.

We were out of town this weekend, so no food pictures.  However, I can tell you that the easiest way to stay on track when you’re not at home is to pack a cooler.  This is exactly what I did.  Remember those frozen, prepared proteins I talked about early?  This is where that can come in handy on the weekends.  I packed 2 chicken and 2 shrimp meals, tomatoes, cucumbers, oranges, apples and Melba snacks.  I also brought along the Dynamic Fruits and Greens, along with my favorite protein powder, Ultimate Protein-Vanilla!

I like to bring along the protein powder, just in case I get into a situation where I can heat up my lunch or dinner.  The protein powder is low in sugar, high in protein, and low in carbs!  I use this on a regular basis, for myself after working out, or even in a fruit smoothie for my kids.
